Welcome!

We are an active, welcoming chess club in Edinburgh.

We are located at Slateford Bowling club, where we have access to a spacious playing hall.

As well as playing in the Edinburgh League, we are actively running club nights with club championship, lightning and social chess games available.

Six games played in the club championship 2nd round.

A tough match with Edinburgh 1 having the top five boards all over 2100.

Charles had a great win against an opponent graded 2105!.

New season and both teams dropped down to divisions 2 and 3 respectively.
