We are an active, welcoming chess club in Edinburgh.

We are located at Slateford Bowling club, where we have access to a spacious playing hall.

As well as playing in the Edinburgh League, we are actively running club nights with club championship, lightning and social chess games available.

A tough match against Wandering Dragons 1 where Tom had a great win as we lost the match 1 - 5.

Two wins for the second team places them top of Division 3.

Both sides relatively close in grading and this was reflected in a close match that we sneaked by 3½ - 2½.
