Welcome!

We are an active, welcoming chess club in Edinburgh.

We are located at Slateford Bowling club, where we have access to a spacious playing hall.

As well as playing in the Edinburgh League, we are actively running club nights with club championship, lightning and social chess games available.

Euan succesfully retained the Autumn Lightning, winning it for the third year in a row!

A close match against a team who outgraded us on all boards. Finished with a narrow 3½ - 2½ victory.

A tough match against Wandering Dragons 1 where Tom had a great win as we lost the match 1 - 5.
