Eight second round games in the club championship were played on Monday 4th Deecember 2023.
Club Championship
A few upsets with Simon beating Allan, and Ralph losing to Stuart.
David played very well against Richard and in time trouble Richard dropped his bishop leaving David with a winning advantage. Richard created an advanced passed pawn making it awkward for David to coordinate his pieces. Unfortunately in the end David ran out of time.
William Lindved and Emma Scott played a graded friendly with William taking the honours.
