The Autumn Allegro had a great turn out of seventeen players.

Two qualifying sections were played over 7 rounds with Allan McDiarmid and Charles Gunn-Russell winning their respective sections. (Crawford, Euan and João were unlucky to lose out on Sonneborn-Berger tie-break)

A play off with both players having 8 minutes each was played with Charles winning to claim the Autumn Allegro Trophy for 2022.
